Up until 1990 Rob Woelinga was director/ co-owner of Vierhand in Haarlem.
He was for many years a member of the board of directors for the national and international DM branch unions and chairman of the DM Award commission of the DMSA.  He is an author, a columnist and a very popular & highly requested speaker, a consultant and a
(guest) teacher on the national level as well as abroad.

In 1990 he founded together with Wim van der Mark IDMK.

As of January 1st 2007 the organization of courses as well as the IDMK brand name was taken over by BBP.

As of January 1st 2007 Rob, together with Wim van der

Mark, have been focusing, via Dialoogtrainers.nl, on the development and providing of courses, training programs and presentations on interactive communication via all on and offline media channels.

The presentations performed by Rob are always highly appreciated and in the opinion of many professional seminar participants he is considered to be the most valued speaker.
